	Detail design
	Meet and exceed construction codes.
	Apply for construction permits
	Meet with county zoning officers, park and planning, and engineer(s) – (It is a violation to construct a deck, fence, and/or some patios without an approved construction permit)
	Procurement and delivery
	Perform material "take-off", order from approved suppliers, and deliver to your property.
	Installation
	Handle miss-utility, footing inspection, framing inspection, and final inspection.  We will schedule with the county/city all the in-progress and final inspections. We will not stop until you pass final inspection.
	Demolition
	Remove existing decks, steps, fences, and patios at your request.
